Ed,

Statspy (a component of the NNStat statistics gathering package) was
developed at ISI under NSF sponsorship.  The current (old) release is
available on host venera.isi.edu with pathname pub/NNStat.tar.Z.
However, a new release (2.2) will be available very shortly.  If
you want to receive a notice, send a note to:

   bytecounters-request@venera.isi.edu 
 
and ask to be added to the bytecounters mailing list.

I note that you are from the Univ of Michigan.  There are already at least
two other groups there using statspy.  I suggest you start with Dave
Katz of the Merit NSFnet group.
