Did anyone get the NI5210 card to work with the harvard release of 
PCIP?  I've gotten the 3com501 card to work but the NI5210 card
tells me:

 Error: board not responding

I think I have it configured right and compiled and linked right. 
I have gotten the NCSA software to work with the card. 

Can anyone give me some hints.
