How about some hotkey combination that increases/decreases the priority
of the process (hmm.. grinding wheels, how about this) associated with
the currently active window?

Anyway, it sure would be nice to get rid of all those input handler.
It seems like each and every program can be labelled YAIH (Yet Another
Input Handler).
