I would say it was pretty good, but that is a qualified 'good'. There are some gaps and errors (not uncommon in assembler books). If, however, your first language in assembler was Z80, then you will have no trouble understanding it. Jake Commander, of 80Micro fame used to write the TRS-80 Assembler column. Since I learned Z80 first, I understand the references and it helps give me some continuity. If, however, you cut your teeth on another assembler, this may not be the book for you.
