Problems that I have found with F-18 : 1) You can fly backwards by using reverse thrust. 2) It is possible to land on the carrier with an F-16. 3) With the F-16 you can land _sideways_ on the carrier (carrier is pointed to the north but you can land comming from the west or east). 4) When you land on the carrier sub, it will re-fule and re-arm you. (Who say's the commies are all bad -- they even give you American missiles) 5) You can land upside down on the carrier and on land. 6) I have observed no loss of altitude from loops done with zero thrust at ~5000ft. 7) It is possible to taxi to the edge of the carrier so that all 3 wheels of the plane are off of the carrier deck. 8) An ejection from inverted flight at 20 feet above the ground results in a successful ejection. 9) Although an altitude limit makes sence the engine uses the atmosphere, but at altitude limit for the missiles doen't. 10) You can eject above the altitude limit (if you are going to impose an artifical limit at least you should be consistent). 11) It would be nice if "air brakes" would appear like the landing gear does on fuselage. 12) the bridges are made out of paper... you can't land on them or blow them up. 13) no independant tracking of targets. 14) IR missiles don't go after the sun. 15) your plane should sink after it is ditched in the water. 16) there should be birds for you to run into (in light of the recent B1 accidents this would make the simulation more real).
