I used 'diskcopy'.  

Sublogic stopped using copy protection on FSII.  I forget offhand if it
was a free upgrade (and bug fix!!) or if it was something like $3 or $5.
Perhaps you should call Sublogic and find out how to get the fixed and
unprotected version.
