When I don't have a lot of mem around and I try to DL, it sometimes freezes --- I can't quit, abort, or anything. FrUsTraTING. Ditto for trying to hit RA-D to change directory --- el freezo. Another problem I'm having, which may or may not be directly related to my non-wizardry viz a` viz Kermit: VT100 2.4something (which was my last version of vt100) USED to work when downloading to my VMS system at work; 2.8a DOESN'T! (I'm using VMS Kermit-32 version 3.1.066) When I DL to kermit on unix, no problems. Of course, Handshake works with both, only Handshake is quite the memory hog... (AND Haberfellner doesn't seem to be much on support, grr, but that's another story ENTIRELY. Although HS is the best vt100 emulator I've seen...) I suppose Handshake has a more thorough Kermit, though, eh? What's the story here? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, mucho in advancio. Yours in caffine heaven, --Jon -- Jon Z.
