Lines: 10 Regarding the 'killing off' of 1000's: TRUE! There are many 1000 owners out there who will not fork over the $$ for a 2000! I myself would love to upgrade but simply cannot afford it (unless good old Rutgers decides to lower tuition, ha ha ha.) It's a shame that all of the new hardware is being directed at the 2000's and 500's- just page through Amigaworld and look at all the ads. Even the latest flyer from CMO (the special Amiga issue) shows only the 500 and 1000 products. Let's just hope that the new graphics chips don't further alienate us with the newer software coming out... -GEA
