You have just described Browser, a shareware program written by Peter
da Silva.  It has appeared on a couple of fish disks and here on the net.
Peter is wrapping up some major improvements and, last time I talked to
him about it, he was planning to repost it, after flirting for a while
with the idea of selling it.
