     It has come to my attention that the child I have referred to in a 
previous memo has received more than enough cards and that the category
in the Guiness Book of World Records has been closed because of 
previous cases of fraud.  The case I mentioned apparently was not a 
hoax, however.  I thank those who may have responded an I apologize for
any confusion caused.
