Obviously the subject of educational discounts does not come up very often at the most logical place to check, which would be the local dealer. I would suggest that the teacher check with Cornell to see if they can put him in touch with the right person. If this doesn't work send me a note and I will ask the person who handles it locally to try to find out where the teacher should go for the discount.
