After combining the files and using BLU to extract Emacs (which came out as EMACS.QQ), when I tried to run it from Orca/M's shell I got a Prodos "Invalid file reference number" error message. Also, the documentation files came out as garbage, unable to be loaded into the Orca/M editor and undecipherable when loaded into Appleworks. Could the fact that the bottom line of the source files I downloaded was --- have anything to do with it? Should that have been a blank line? Alan H.
