    Are there any programs available to test the performance of an
Atari ST hard disk?

   I'm in need of a program to help me optimize the interleave factor
of my Seagate ST225N. I use the Supra AHDI <-> SCSI adapter board.

   Does anyone have any ideas on what the interleave factor should be?
