Keywords: bomb, demo, bad Message-ID: <3116@dalcs.UUCP> Date: 13 Dec 88 03:07:42 GMT Organization: Habitat Ecology Div., Bedford Inst. of Oceanography Lines: 19 I just got my second update to Publishing Partner (formerly PP Pro) -- what is going on here? It seems to be still another buggy demo. I can't be expected to use it, since they don't provide all the printer drivers they claim they have (I have a C. Itoh 8510), and even the tutorials don't work as described. Do we just get an endless series of demos, or is there any indication that at some time they may provide a working package? I asked my dealer about this -- he said that he received PageStream a week earlier, had some DTP experts who were used to PP give it a workout over the weekend, and on Monday at their recommendation he returned it. So I'm not the only one at a loss to figure out what this is all about. -- Bill Silvert, Habitat Ecology Division.
