I have written such a translator. It enables you to print (rs232, file, 
centronics) either the full pi3 image or a portion of it. You can
select true size, max size, zoom factor, portrait/landscape, epsf compatible
for latex inclusion, # of copies... 
If someone wants to try it, ask for. Now, rsc are in French, but I can make
an english version.
bug: loads only PI3 image.
