I went back three times trying new copies until I gave up an got an unprotected game as a substitute. At one point the store tech people tried around 15 copies that were on the shelf and could get none of the to work therefore they sent back all 30 odd copies they had as a bad batch. I will never buy another game marketed by that company until they remove there copy protection!
