Yes, Elan Computer Group sells two such packages...

-	EROFF includes enhanced AT&T DWB 2.0 tools troff, nroff, pic, eqn,
	tbl, grap, checkmm, drivers for PostScript and LaserJet printers.
	For MS-DOS/PC-DOS, price is $695.

-	NROFF/PC is for dot matrix or other fixed pitch printers and 
	includes nroff, tbl, neqn, checkmm.  Price is $99!

	Both include comprehensive user documentation and Elan is staffed
	with a competent support staff.
