                        I have an IBM PC, It was purchased about 1984 or 1985,
                   Here are some of my problems
                        
                        1.  The machine doesn't always boot-up i.e. I have to   
                             turn the machine on and off 3 to 5 times before it
                             will boot up.
                        2.  Its too slow!!!!
                   
                        I was thinking of putting in a new motherboard,maybe an
                   AST X-former.  Does anyone have one,if are you happy with
                   it.  This machine will have, if I get the motherboard, a 40
                   or 80 meg Seagate.
