We are currently using the Emulate function of Locus Computing's
PC-Interface, but are unhappy with the VT-100 emulation this provides.
In particular, we would like support for more than four function keys.
Is there another terminal emulation over ethernet for PCs that 
supports more function keys?  

Oh, we are currently using MICOM Interlan NI5210 ethernet cards in our 
PCs.  Our UNIX host has a telnet server daemon.
