MEI just shipped me replacements for all the bad 3.5" disks
that I received in their original shipment. (In fact, they
sent me over 10 extra disks!).  All the disks in the new
batch work just fine, so I guess I am a satisfied customer
now.

I sent back some bad disks on Nov. 17, and received the replacement
disks by Dec. 9. -- not bad service.
