Possibly there is: BinHex 4.0 is PUBLIC DOMAIN, as contrasted to BinHex 5.0
which is SHAREWARE.

If you use BinHex 4.0 to convert your application to a text file, it
automatically inserts the header "This file must be converted with Binhex 4.0".
