The new SEs have a jumper that is switched for adding 1 meg SIMMS rather than cut the resistor as was done before. My questions is this: The jumper has two choices '1M' and '2/4M'. Does this configuration mean that I can not have a memory configuration of 2.5 meg? I put both 1 meg SIMMS in and 2 256K SIMMS but the Mac only recognizes 2 meg of memory. Any enlightment on this topic would be very helpful. Thanks in advance. Chris North Cayman Systems, Inc.
