I would like to contact other users of Data General systems to talk about
networking (TCP/IP) and perhaps exchange some usefull programs for talking
to UNIX systems via TCP/IP.  The first area I would like to talk about
is TELNET on AOS/VS systems.  I have had lots of problems with the
telnetd program aborting (whenever you try to do tektronix graphics or
screen editing).  Does anyone have a better telnetd they would be
willing to share ?  I have written some code (tcp) to send files to/from
other systems and execute commands.  The programs are used for sending
signals and images from other systems to our MV which has D/A and A/D
as well as a Vicom Image system.  I would be glad to share these with
anyone who would like to look at them (the UNIX end as well).
