Well, there's always the Orchid ECCell board (which I have in my IBM AT). But, it's not the hottest seller on the market, and as far as I know, they don't have a Micro Channel or 32-bit version of the card. It would appear that end-users don't think error correction is important (whether this is simply over-confidence in technology is hard to say). If I remember correctly, there is little price difference between the Orchid and similar (non-ECC) cards, so I don't think price is the motivating factor here assuming RAM prices become reasonable again, which they surely will.
