The SUN maintenance manager said there are two problems. The hardware can control four drives but the adapter has a single wide panel with room for only two sets of connectors. However, a second panel could be added to mount additional connectors for the other drives. The software problem appears more difficult to solve. The kernel only supports two drives. Has anyone tried to add drives in this manner and how did they make out? Harry Young
