I was just informed by someone at Sun that the PROM upgrade comes for free
with the SMD-4 upgrade, if you need it.  I'm still not totally sure who's
right on this matter, but I did want to pass this new information along.
Of course, the $50 probably isn't as big a concern as the non- trivial
bucks for the CPU upgrade...
