Does anyone have a prgram that will convert from Pascal to C?   I have a
user who need to convert many VAX Pascal source files to C so the
application can run on a Sun.  He also needs to port the application to
other systems, so has decided to use C.

There is a public domain program named "PTOC" that is does this, but I
have no leds on how to get this.  Anyone know?  Or is there better tools?
