Adobe Illustrator for PC (Windows) will be available in the new year.
Micrografix designer exists now.
A thing called Corel Draw was seen here at a computer show. It looks
illustrator like for the PC but Corel in my experience just repackages 
someone elses stuff and I know not who makes Corel Draw!
