We at Polygen are attempting to build applications which will eventually
run on a variety of hosts and servers, including mixing hosts and servers.
Our proposed list of machines includes:
	sun, apollo, hp, ibm rt, silicon graphics, stellar, DEC (vms)

Does anyone know if most of the toolkits on R3 (or R4 someday) are common
to all these machines?  We haven't received R3 yet and compared it to
our copy of DECwindows. I've also heard that DEC may license its XUI
toolkit.  Anyone know if that's true?
