To silence the fervor about Spafford's failed hunk in mfbline.c I have placed
a file called Purdue-speedups.mfb.works.Z in the contrib directory on expo.
Maybe someone with an account on that machine can replace the old one after
people try it and don't complain.  I have personally tried it, it works.  I
have diffed the two diffs, and they looked different in the right places.

Remember, thats Purdue-speedups.mfb.works.Z.
