There is a small group of individuals here (CSRI, DCS, and EECG at
UofToronto) working on speeding up the X.V11R3 server.  We are
interested in contacting others actively working on the server in order
to avoid duplication of effort.  So far we have been lucky, but...
Our efforts here are largely focused on the Sun-3 server, but some of
the changes are applicable to other platforms.

At this point we are only interested in contacting those who are also
making changes to the server.  We will release the changes that we have
made as soon as we feel that they are well tested and stable.
