If you have a suggestion to make to the maintainers of GNU Emacs,
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't send it to info-gnu-emacs.

Send it to bug-gnu-emacs instead.

Why waste 10,000 people's time with an announcement that needs to be
seen only by a handful?
