WRONG!  Of course RET should cause auto-filling when in AUTO-FILL-MODE!

The behaviour in 18.52 is BROKEN/WRONG/SCREWED UP!

If you don't want RET doing filling for you, you shouldn't use
AUTO-FILL-MODE!
