I've seen several postings here in the past couple months
regarding difficulties in compiling/running gdb on Sun3
architecture under SunOS 4.0, but haven't seen any follow-ups
with solutions.

I'm also having problems with this.  If someone has been
successful in compiling and running gdb 2.8 on Sun3's under
SunOS 4.0, could you please e-mail me the appropriate diff
files or let me know where I can get a working copy?  Thanks.
