Notice anything here?  Although it's cute, it is technically incorrect.  While
there is no 'official' .UUCP domain, smail has special-cased it as such.
Also, d.Top (& cousins) have glue for dealing with it.  However, .UUPC *does*
*not* exist, and as such, could be confusing to people not well-versed in all
this domain stuff.  This kind of mail will get routed to 'smart-host', who
will in turn send it back.
