There is a rather sizable chunk of files in my $SPOOL/.rnews directory,
some with dates as far back as two weeks ago.

Questions:

1.  Why are they there?

2.  Should I run them them through rnews?  (IE: they are there because
rnews crashed out and didn't finish the file?)

3.  Is this (wild files in .rnews) a regualar occurance?  If so, why?
