  A doctoral student and a ballet dancer are seeking a housemate.
Private bedroom (with air conditioner) on a residential, tree-lined street,
two minutes walk to the Coxwell station, will be available in late December.
The house has been significantly renovated and has a fresh coat of paint 
throughout. Common areas are furnished; amenities include pay TV,
cable, washer, dryer and extra freezer.

  Either $425 with small private kitchen or $395 without (small kitchen
will be used as a common area). Utilities extra, about $35 per month.
First and Last required.

  Both occupants are straight. Non-smoking graduate student preferred,
but responsible undergraduates gladly considered. Cleanliness and
willingness to share in rotating cleaning schedule an absolute must.
