Also interesting is that the new rates are designed to discourage high usage - seems it would make more sense (from the customer standpoint) if more useage resulted in reduced rates. Getting several accounts seems to be the way to go, but for automated systems, keeping track of usage and selecting the appropriate account could be a pain.
