I find this counterintuitive. Network carrying capacity has never been a problem that I've been able to notice. Phone line time has always been the issue. In addition, GTE made no effort to inhibit volume usage - there modifications are solely designed to discourage phone line utilization. I *do* find the idea of carrying a fairly full news feed over PCP amazing. A news flood could easy exceed the nightly 13 hour window at PCP's usually abysmal transfer rates. -- James R.
