I dropped pcp a long time ago because the service was so bad. I got no help at all about how to use the system. I got a few pages of copied instuctions and a bill. I still see no reason to use the system. GTE has a right to charge anything they want. I think they raise the prices because they think they can make more money. There is nothing wrong with that. If you think that's to high then go someway else. I think $25 was to much and I quit.
