It is a set of sources for Lint (with nullified identifiers) which can conceivably be compiled and run on any machine (including IBM mainframes). I believe it is the result of a phone conversation I had with Mr. Gimpel (and perhaps others spoke with him) asking if he had any way of selling the source so we could port it to VM/CMS. However, I am having some trouble convincing the powers that be that it is worthwhile, especially since IBM will be changing its C compiler come June. Has anyone compiled it for IBM mainframes yet? Is it possible to make local extensions to permissible style and syntax? 2) I have seen much reference to dpANS C.
