In the "Green book" a framework is given for writing a printer emulator
(chapter 4).
Did anyone extend this to an emulator for the Epson FX800 and/or FX80,
or did anyone write another emulator in PostScript for one of these printers?

Also conversion programs to convert Epson FX80[0] to PostScript are
welcome.

The main purpose for this is to be able to print Framework documents
on a PostScript printer: any other suggestions in that way are welcome too.
