Well, I'm still working on this; progress has been slowed by the inevitable
impact of the holidays.  However, I can now report that I appear to have it
correctly working w.r.t. newly arriving inbound mail and deleted mail.
However, it does not work correctly w.r.t. editing a mailbox.  I've got
some ideas as to why not and will continue to work on it.  When this is
done, I'll be posting two sets of context diffs:

	1. FLOCK-related diffs

	2. Other bug fixes that didn't make it into 2.1, and aren't covered
	by the extensive list of diffs posted the other day by Rob McMahon.

I will also be sending this to the Elm coordinators.
