Anon UUCP to osu-cis.  From the current incarnation of the
instructions for dealing with osu-cis (see comp.archives for
bare-bones access info, telling you how to get the instructions):

Source is comp.sources.unix, Volume 12.
Files are /u/public/pathalias/pathalias9.[12].Z, sizes are 27294 and
28968, respectively.  These are compressed shar files.

A newer version (source: citi.umich.edu:/pub/honey/pathalias.Z) is
also available as a compressed shar file.
File is /u/public/pathalias/honey/pathalias.Z.  Size is 53726.
