        I want to know how the termcap and terminfo get invoked?
	Is it during boot time or after enter multiuser mode?
	What I mean boot time is when the system start loading the unix kernel.

	The reason I ask these because the machine I am working with, ( The
	system is made by Sequent, 386 base, run 4.2BSD ) if the console is
	connected to teletype terminal , the output screwup meaning jam all
	together during boot time.

	Some body said is the escape sequence in the termcap not correctly
	defined and others said is the hardware.

	I need a definitive answer to this. Anyone can give me this info
	is greatly appreciated.
