Reflections 2 (Walker RIcher & Quinn, Inc.) provides tektronix graphics
terminal emulation support.

As for the network connection, I don't really know what PC-NFS will and
will not do.  WIN/TCP for DOS 4.0 supports both 3rd party terminal emulators
and SLIP.
