There's been talk recently about patches to vi to give it a tag stack feature.
Someone else responded that the patch could be found in comp.sources.misc
under the archive name: vi-tag-stack

Now the biggie: How do I request something from comp.sources.misc?
I went digging through every article in $TOOLS/lib/netnews/articles to find
any hint as to how to do this, including grepping (-i) for moderator to
see if I could find out who (if anyone) moderates the group.

Someone please send me mail (ihlpe!woods) to let me know what to do.
If this is a common question, let me know and I summarize the answer.
Please don't flame me on this, as I've done as much research as I know how
to do, and I've never seen a netnews manual so that I could RTFM.
