I need one for a class project. It needs to be able to read Motorola assembler opcodes and pseudo-ops (rules out GNU as). Preferably written in C. I'm aware that the Motorla BBS has a couple of assemblers but one is written in a pascal variant that is more trouble than it's worth to port and the other is Dr. Dobbs assembler written in Modula-2 that runs on PC's. Unfortunatly neither is sufficient for what I have to do. Another piece of software that could help would be a translator from Motorola syntax opcodes and pseudo-ops to UNIX (or GNU) as code.
