I am using UUPC and am getting a news feed from a Unix site running SysV.  When
I get the news it is in some form of archive/compressed file.  At the beginning
of the file is the string #! cunbatch.

I suspect that I need a program called cunbatch to unpack this critter.  Is
there any public domain source code for this critter that can be easily ported
to MS-DOS?
