Lines: 10 I think that I speak for all of the 1000 owners of this newsgroup when I say that the reason we are getting this deluge of "Save the 1000" messages is that we are scared that the new hardware will not work with our machines. So many manufacturers are stamping their products "made for the 500/2000". -I'm talking about things like RAM expansion, hard drives, audio/video digitizers, etc. If hardware manufacturers would somehow reassure is that they will produce compatible products, we'd all rest alot easier. -GEA
